Features footage from the 1994-09-23 live at which vocalist Kyuuchan (きゅうchan) and guitarist Shio (紫緒) seceded. It was advertised via a flyer which was distributed at a live (possibly on October 1st?). Available only through mail-order, it was limited to 30 copies and seems to have included a photograph, members' signatures, and “etc.” (Unlike some other releases by SHËY≠DË, this video is confirmed to have existed.)
