It was announced last night that REITA, bassist of the GazettE, passed away on April 15th.
In the Japanese statement released by HERESY Inc., it is said that his loss was “sudden and unexpected”, but no exact cause of death is given. Additionally, the statement requests that fans refrain from speculating, promoting rumors, or interrogating those related to REITA.
As per the wishes of REITA's family, his funeral will be held privately.
Our thoughts go out to REITA and his family, friends, and fans. Rest in peace.

Can't believe I woke up to find out my favourite bandman passed away・・・
The GazettE was my first look into Vkei and my favourite ever since, I always looked up to Reita. This band was the reason why I keep pushing through my life especially Reita, and to see him gone hurts my heart・・・My sincere condolences to his family and his fellow GazettE bandmen.
