I just arrived back home from LIN (凛 -THE END OF CORRUPTION WORLD-)'s performance in Meguro, where I got a bunch of Under Code-related flyers.
There was a "gazette" attached to them.
"Roikar Gazette - the world daily newspaper produced by THE UNDER CODE TIMES
- This autumn, a monster band debuts. Their name is PERESTROЇKA"
Who are they?
- This autum, a mysterous large size new face band debuts from UNDER CODE PRODUCTION. Their name is PERESTROЇKA. They're a Japanese Visual rock band. However. their information yet is hardly revealed. The one of the members talked. "I want to make it to the band that changes this scene." What music do they play? What figures are they? What live do they do? Everything is wrapped in the mystery. It is not possible tp take your eyes off their activities in the future."
The rest of the text is actually a small summary of the Soviet Union history and about the history of PERESTROЇKA.

There was a bunch of flyers, Cindykate, Heisei Ishin, Nega, Lin, some events, some other bands, that where playing today (Jackman, Clavius, VII Sense). And spiv states. Anyway, the lin/nega, Kera event/Heisei ishin and Perestroika were actually clipped together.
As already mentioned, I thought of Kairi right after seeing the flyer. I hope it's him. I also remember him being somewhere on stage, or another siva member. Do you remember anything?

i'm actually not sure, if they really read the whole text. At least not the english version, since they didn't delete the numbers for the sources at the end of the article. There're still random numbers within the text, they only make sense in the article itself.
