All information below was taken from a series of biographical accounts by vocalist HARDCORE YUKI (which have since been deleted). He omitted names and dates but some additional details can be gleaned from features in magazines ROCK FILE VOL.8 and LES ENFANTS TERRIBLES.
In the early 1980s, while in high school, vocalist YUKI begins singing in cover bands and playing in local livehouses like Meguro (目黒) CAT CITY.
He eventually begins working part-time at TENTmura (テント村) in Harajuku (原宿), where bandmen purchase chokers, leather goods, accessories, t-shirts, etc. There he meets Michael Hammer of R・U・G, SEIICHI of ZI:KILL, Jun of Valentine D.C., etc.
At some point, he and Jun start a band which holds one live and immediately disbands.
In 1985 (as confirmed by LES ENFANTS TERRIBLES), (unknown band) is formed by YUKI in Tokyo (東京)東京.
First live is held at Shinjuku (新宿) HEAD POWER.
At some point, the unknown initial bassist is replaced by a different unknown bassist.
Later, other unknown member changes occur.

Sometime after the initial member changes, (unknown band) changes its name to Distoma (ヂストマ).
The first live after name change is held at Urawa (浦和) Narciss, and the second is held at Kagurazaka (神楽坂) EXPLOSION.
At some unknown point after the name change (probably 1987), guitarist NOBORU secedes. All other members except for YUKI also secede due to their friendship with NOBORU.

Distoma disbands
At an unknown time, Distoma revives.
The band apparently discarded all older songs from before their revival.
At the time of the band's revival (date unknown), bassist TO-RU, an unknown guitarist (a friend of TO-RU), and drummer YOTTON join.
At a later unknown date, bassist TO-RU secedes and the unknown guitarist is fired due to being friends with TO-RU. Guitarist KEI and bassist KOICHI join (at the suggestion of MARU from MEPHISTOPHELES).
At a later date, secondary guitarist YAMA joins. (The idea of having a five-member lineup was apparently inspired by Yokosuka SAVER TIGER (横須賀サーベルタイガー)).
Later still, bassist KOICHI secedes and is briefly replaced by MARU, who himself secedes after only two lives. Guitarist KEI then switches to bass.
First live after revival is held at Urawa (浦和) Narciss.
The first live after achieving the five-member lineup is also held at Urawa (浦和) Narciss, and the second is held at Meguro (目黒) ROCKMAYKAN (鹿鳴館).
After KOICHI is replaced by MARU, two lives are held at Urawa (浦和) Narciss and Meguro (目黒) THE LIVE STATION.

Sometime after guitarist KEI switches to bass (year/date unknown), drummer YOTTON (who has since become the band's leader) apparently demands that vocalist YUKI switch to vocals and bass. (This implies that KEI either seceded or switched back to guitar.) Instead, vocalist YUKI secedes.

Distoma disbands
During the band's brief second disbandment, “the remaining members” (presumably guitarist YAMA and drummer YOTTON, and possibly KEI) apparently recruited former bassist KOICHI and form a new band with CHITO (commonly known for his later stint in DIE-KÜSSE). This would have been around the same time that former vocalist YUKI joined MISTRESS (ミストレス). Dates/details are unclear.
At an unknown time, Distoma revives.
At the time of re-revival, bassist TATSUYA and drummer KENJI join, and former vocalist YUKI apparently re-joins.
At this time, Distoma had two roadies who would later form Kneuklid Romance, but it is unknown who they were. Vocalist YUKI and GAZ of Kneuklid Romance were apparently longtime friends, so it's possible that GAZ was one of said roadies.
The band makes their infamous appearance on the TBS television program Yuji Miyake no Ikasu BAND Tengoku (三宅裕司のいかすバンド天国) where vocalist YUKI shocks the audience by wearing an eyepatch, painting his tongue blue, and cutting a mannequin in half with a chainsaw.
Due to their previous shocking appearance, the band becomes regulars on NTV variety shows like HEAVY METAL Toranoana (ヘビメタ虎の穴) and Tensai・Takeshi no Genki ga Deru TV!! (天才・たけしの元気が出るテレビ!!).
Drummer KENJI secedes and is replaced by BUN (ROCK FILE VOL.8 confirms the lineup at this time).
Later, for one TV performance, drummer BUN is sick and Anata no KoREDS★ (あなたの子れっず★) acts as support drummer. BUN returns to the band immediately after.
Vocalist YUKI secedes and is replaced by YŌRAN (as confirmed by LES ENFANTS TERRIBLES).
Sometime after December 1991 (year/date unknown), FRONT ROW disbands
The band apparently appears on a TV variety show and talks about reviving, but no other details can be found. It's unclear if the band actually revived at this time.
Distoma revives under their original name.
Vocalist YUKI changes his name to HARDCORE YUKI.
Prior to revival, the band is unable to contact bassist TATSUYA, so bassist CHOCHIROW joins instead.
