Released at the 2018-12-12 and 2018-12-13 memorial live for HEISEI ISHIN (平成維新) vocalist Taku (拓) (who passed away eight years prior). Remaining copies were sold via the GIGAMOUS (ギガマウス) official web shop from December 16th. Because guitarist YUKKIE (ユッキー) handled so many aspects of the release, and because HEISEI ISHIN (平成維新) was long disbanded at this point, the CD was attributed to YUKKIE feat. HEISEI ISHIN (ユッキーfeat.平成維新).

The CD contains a new recording of a song which had been composed by vocalist Taku (拓) and guitarist YUKKIE (ユッキー) back when HEISEI ISHIN (平成維新) was still active. At that time, the pair had produced a demo version of the song. The original vocals of Taku (拓) were lifted from that demo and used as backing chorus for this version, with YUKKIE (ユッキー) recording the main vocal track. YUKKIE (ユッキー) also handled guitar, additional chorus, and producing. The other members of HEISEI ISHIN (平成維新) all returned to record their respective instrumentation for the song.

As a secret bonus track, the original demo recording is included. The secret track is padded at the beginning with several minutes of silence, resulting in a track that is exactly 12:10 in length—12/10 being the date that vocalist Taku (拓) passed away.
