MIRAGE has announced details about their full revival.

MIRAGE, the famous Matina band active from 1997 through 2000, has revived! In celebration of their 25th anniversary, they will officially restart activity with new members.

The band's first period, with vocalist TOMO, ended in 1998. After gaining new vocalist AKIRA, they started their second period later that year. Now, with the addition of two new official members, their third period has started. (This is in contrast to their limited activity state that began in 2018.)

The core members of vocalist AKIRA, guitarist YAYOI, and bassist KISAKI remain. Joining them are guitarist SHUN (舜) [ex-Vasalla (覇叉羅)~etc., NEiN] and drummer YOMI [ex-【zɔ́ːdi̽æ̀k】~etc.].

In addition to the new members, the band has announced its milestone first full album to be released in April. BIOGRAPH will be available in two types: one with bonus track Cloudy and one with the MV for their famous song Hyakka Ryouran (百花繚乱).

To celebrate the release of this album as well as the band's 25th anniversary, a two-day sponsored event will be held. Carve of BIOGRAPH will be held on May 22nd at Osaka (大阪) LIVEHOUSE GABU and on May 29th at Meguro (目黒) ROCKMAYKAN (目黒鹿鳴館). Leetspeak monsters will appear as a guest at both days, along with a special opening act for each day: GUILLOTINE (ギロチン)* on the 22nd and La'veil MizeriA on the 29th.

This may be a one-day revival of the kote band GUILLOTINE (ギロチン) active in the 2000s, but this is unconfirmed.
