De⸸Myth disbands
De⸸Myth was a visual kei band. They were part of the art kei subgenre. They were active from 2000 to 2002 and are now disbanded.
To solve the issue of typography once and for all: From their OHP (https://s.maho.jp/homepage/ac4291e0fd68b536/4):
ディマイスとは、神話という意味のMythと、それを否定するDeと、それを象徴する逆十字こちらでは表示出来ませんがによって出来た造語。
What is meant by "ディマイス (name of band in katakana)" is, "Myth" meaning legend, "De" which negates that, as well as an inverted cross. It is not possible to indicate that here (due to the fact that an inverted cross doesn't display properly), but it is a coined neologism.
As side-note on this, we've also decided on changing the band name from "De†Myth" to "De+Myth". Even though the normal cross symbol expresses better and more closely to the symbol in their logo? that they where going for, it was never used by them in a writing manner. So due to not being able to write the symbol they use in their logo, we will use the symbol that they will use themself in a writing matter, which means the cross has never ever been used.
