This is the 1st in a 14-part series of 8cm live singles, featuring recordings from the band's live on 1999-12-29 at Meguro (目黒) ROCKMAYKAN (鹿鳴館), which were released at 14 different shops on the same day. All 14 singles could be placed side-by-side to form one large cover image. This version was sold only at Tokyo (東京) BRAND X (ブランドX).

The campaign was published an entity called M Kikaku (M企画), which was also responsible for several other S releases around this time. I'm unsure if M Kikaku was a special project within Soleil, or if it was an outside company.
