Not that I know where Ren's nipple is (lol), but the cherry/tomato/gum ball looks more like it's covering his heart than his nipple XD. Maybe they photoshopped it out for the sake of decency~
They haven't said anything at all about the new costumes or new release... Just that Ren got really tired after the photo day, and everybody should go to the 2 onemans they have planned, because they'll be good ones m(;_;)m
