Viscaria's website can be found at the old address for the band Rosen Kranz. I'm not sure if a member of Viscaria was in that band, or if the same webmaster used Rosen Kranz' defunct website as a testing ground.
Viscaria also “overtook” the personal website of a bandgirl named Kirino (桐乃). As far as I know, she wasn't in any bands, so perhaps she was the webmaster mentioned in the theory above?

Viscaria was a visual kei band. They were part of the kote kei subgenre. They were active from 2012 to 2013 and are now disbanded.
