phillia (フィリア) forms in Niigata (新潟)新潟.
Although 2019 is said to be the band's 20th anniversary, the band's tape "PHILLIA" has been spotted to use 1996 tape stock. It is unknown as to what this means - for instance, phillia could have formed earlier on but not begun official activities until 1999; or, the band may have used older, cheaper tape stock; or, the tape is a bootleg.
At some point (early 00s?), bassist Shun (瞬) changes name to shun.

Revival live is held at the event live "ZIP ROCK FESTIVAL (ジプロックフェスティバル)". A privilege DVD is distributed to those who reserved their ticket via phillia, a "20th memorial sticker" is distributed to those who fill in a live enquete on the day, and another, secret, third privilege is distributed to those who reserved their ticket via phillia.
