JUDY AND MARY release their seventh single “OVER DRIVE”, which ends up being their first single to break the Oricon top 10 charts at number 4.
JUDY AND MARY release their ninth single “そばかす”, which ends up being their most successful single to date, selling over a million copies. Its success helps drive its accompanying album, 1997's “THE POWER SOURCE”, to sell over 2 million copies, becoming their best-selling release to date.
JUDY AND MARY announce its official disbandment.
