This is a second press of [Syndrome's first maxi-single][1], released after the first press sold out from pre-orders alone. The contents of both presses are the same, but this one features updated artwork, and also lacks the trading stickers that the first press included.

The actual release date is unknown, aside from being soon after the first press was released. I've arbitrarily put 2000-08-01. I've also recorded the UPC as “MTR-016(B),” for database purposes, even though it lacks the “(B)” in reality.
