This is part of the CROSS GATE 2001 collaboration between record labels Matina, L∞p Ash RECORDS, and Donuts Record West, and visual shop Third Stage (under its publishing branch, 【kapparecords】). Various message CDs, featuring different combinations of artists from those labels, were sold at Third Stage throughout the latter half of 2001.

This is the 7th volume, which features a 55-minute talk session of Syndrome (from Matina), Phobia (from Donuts Record West), and Aioria (from L∞p Ash RECORDS). Unlike the other releases in the CROSS GATE 2001 series, this was a professionally-pressed CD which came in a normal jewel case.
