There are mp3 files of this demo floating around that have the following tracklist: \
Is requiem and Kohaku no Hai one track? Is the bonus track Muder A? Or is this bogus and not even the real demo?
YumeYume My guess is that the person with the rip floating around online would have digitized two tracks of the tape but as one file (レクイエム~琥珀の灰) when it's actually "requiem" as SE/Intro track 1 and "琥珀の灰" as track 2. Not uncommon to see even if it's "wrong" since it should be two tracks.
