My KISAKI lucky bag finally arrived!! Some of you asked for pictures and details, so I decided to review it. Let's go!

Lame stuff first: the lucky bag contained Phantasmagoria's [Vanish... Tsuujouban][4] and [Seeds of Brain][5]; both have been in every UCP lucky bag for the past years. It's clear that UNDER CODE overestimated demand and produced too many copies... This is rivaled only by unsold 12012 mini-album reissues, of which UCP still has a seemingly endless supply!

The bag also contained [Past New Phase][6] and [UNITED LINK for JAPAN][7]―my 2nd copies of those omnibuses. But, those aren't regularly featured in UCP lucky bags, so I'll let it slide!

Now, the good stuff! I was pleasantly surprised to receive Phantasmagoria's at the ends of the rest period・・・ (live DVD), REINCARNATION (collection DVD), and REQUIEM -FUNERAL EDITION- (collection album). Although they're old releases and contain nothing new-to-me, they're nevertheless gorgeous and nice to own!

As you can see, I also received MIRAGE's [last live DVD][10], which was was even more exciting. I'd been wanting it for a long time but couldn't afford it!

Next up, the goods. There's a set of various official KISAKI photos, as well as a trading card from his Syndrome era. There's also a set of stickers, the coolest of which is Phantasmagoria's “seal”. (According to the band's official narrative, it's the representation of a “magic seal” which was placed on Phantasmagoria at their 2007-08-31 activity pause live.)

The other set of goods is even cooler: a KISAKI cheki, a set of 2 super rare photos (one from his Syndrome era, the other earlier―probably from a session or encore during his MIRAGE era), a Matina mirror, and a set of KISAKI picks. I was ridiculously happy about all of it!

Finally, the wildcard “big ticket item” is a magazine, Rise 2001. Vol.4. In the past year I've been collecting magazines featuring Matina, so I was super excited to receive this! It features lengthy segments on Matina's guitarists, special Matina session troupe GYRANADU, and DAS:VASSER.

Plus... it seems to be KISAKI's personal copy?! The dusty and slightly worn spine at least implies that it was part of someone's personal collection, rather than something just sitting in an archive. Somehow, that makes it even more endearing to me.

(On a side note, Rise published the /Matina/ expression fan magazine series, as well as the /Madeth gray'll/ and /Syndrome/ one-off magazines! I still dream of finding t/Matina/ expression 2001. Vol.2, and those one-offs, some day!)

Long story short, I'm super happy with the lucky bag! Even though I own a ton of UCP releases, it still managed to give me 4 new ones (so normal fans should be even more pleased!). And anyway, what I really care about is the goods, and I was extremely satisfied in that area.

So, if you've been thinking about it, go ahead and buy one!
