AVANCHICK's vocalist NOAH announced on Twitter that the band has since left ROCKSTAR RECORDS as of December 7th.
If you've been following the drama surrounding this label since the fall of 2016, you might also be under the impression that this was the very last straw for RR. Currently, there is only 1 artist remaining with the label and he seems to only act more as an MC for shows rather than actually producing music.
Here is the current state of all of the bands associated with the former Eternal head's new label:
DEVIL KITTY: Seceded in the fall. Currently independently produced
THE EGOIST: Seceded at the end of the summer and is also independently produced.
Dear: Disbanded at the end of August and immediately became a new band known as Irodori with a new bassist.
Meary: Disbanding at the end of December.
Betty: Also disbanding at the end of December. Former band of their vocalist, which was also signed to Eternal, Cherry, will hold a revival show.
Visual-kei Enka Kashu Takashi: Still signed to the label, but he doesn't really seem to be active.
Is this the end for ROCKSTAR RECORDS? What else is in store for Avanchick?
