ASHLEY (アシュリー) announced on twitter earlier this morning that they will be disbanding after their last live on December 8th.

Their last live will be held at Nagoya ell.FITS ALL. I've screen shotted their official message (band Twitters tend to be deleted shortly after the band breaks up):

Also, it looks like at some point they lost their drummer? His Twitter handle is no longer a working link, and all of their band pictures after May of 2016 have him cropped out. I didn't see anything that looked like an official message, but this seems like a low-budget way of getting their point across!
