Hello guys! If you were here last year, you'll remember that we held a community Secret Santa project; it was so successful that we've decided to do it again!

To join, just click the link above and register via the red form on the right. (Creating a username and password might seem like a hassle now, but it will make things much easier in the future!) After registering, you will be able to log in via the form at the top of the page, which will give you access to information about your present recipient.

What is Secret Santa 2011?Secret Santa is an event where each person gives a Christmas gift to someone else. The twist is that the “Santa” (the person who is giving the gift) is completely anonymous! Everyone is assigned both a Secret Santa and a recipient. The Santa will give you a gift, and you will give a gift to your recipient. That way, everyone involved gets a gift, but no one knows where their gift came from.

We did this last year, and it was really fun and successful. It's a really nice way to connect with other UNDER CODE fans around the world and make someone's Christmas a little brighter. Plus, you never know—you might get something really awesome!

Deadlines Some important deadlines:

• 2011-11-20: Registration will close. No more participants will be accepted.
• 2011-11-20: Santa-recipient pairs will be randomly decided; yours will be announced via the “my recipient” page.
• 2011-12-20: Physical gifts must be shipped out by this date to ensure arrival by Christmas. Digital gifts must be emailed to me (weloveucp@gmail.com); I will distribute them to your respective recipients on December 25th.

• Further updates will be announced via the main website, so please check it periodically. (I'll also update at this community, at the community twitter, and via email in some cases.)
