凛 appeared in the newest Cure vol. 102

  • It has 3 page about the band with new studio photos.

  • Interview is really interesting with them, i share some part of it, what for i remember. Maybe later i will come with the full interview.

  • KISAKI didn't say activity stop, just they take a short pause about live performance. He didn't think this announce will be so big news.

  • KISAKI was very frustrated because the sales were bad, and 凛 couldn't became so big like the Phantasmagoria. But now it seems everything goes in all right.

  • In this pause REIYA worked on his drumming skill, KANATA watched comedy for better MC (laugh), MIZUKI thinks that his live appear was not so good, so he worked on to change this, KISAKI worked on KISAKI PROJECT and RIKU on chariots.

  • KISAKI thinks the 凛 concept was not so good for the current visual kei scene, so maybe it will change.

  • KANATA wrote some new songs, but these are far from 凛, so maybe never will release.

  • In the future KISAKI will be the main composer as well.

  • KISAKI thinks this is the time for release a collection album, because many single are sold out, so its not able to buy anymore, and Independent "MAZE" FILM should be release to close a period.

  • When KISAKI was busy with KISAKI PROJECT, 3-4 days didn't take contact with other members, although he missed them, so he is very excited now.

  • Deep Labylinth is not new song. of course not released yet, but they composed it a long time before.

  • KISAKI thinks the Idependent "MAZE" two oneman in October (Osaka and Tokyo) were very good, and he didnt want the pause stop already, and said on 5000 followers twitter event, that he doesn't care of the pause. it surprised the other members.i dont remember more information now.. sorry ^ ^"

Don't worry, I don't think anyone here actually hates KISAKI.

For me personally, I have no bad feelings toward KISAKI over the activity pause, because it seemed like nothing. From what I read online and so on, it didn't seem to be a big deal. However, and actually attended LIN lives in Japan, so they have a different perspective—it seems that, during MCs and such, KISAKI made the activity pause sound somewhat grave.

So for you and me, it seemed like nothing, but to other people it seemed like a really bad thing. It's just a matter of perspective (online vs. real life). So course those people who experienced it differently will be somewhat mad at KISAKI. But it doesn't mean they hate him.

Well, there's no any advantage of debating. But if you really said that you all LOVE UNDER CODE PRODUCTION, let's support it!! (but it seems so funny if you love the label but you hate the owner LoL) I'm totally agree with rikic. But so sad if overseas fans just able to buy the release, but can't attend the live. I think we can help 凛 with promotion, and I can also feel KISAKI's feeling. I think there is something wrong with 凛 but I don't know what is that. It makes me so confused. And comparing 凛 and Phantasmagoria is too far... But I'm sure KISAKI will do something. I hope.

yes, like I already said, everybody owes a lot to KISAKI. but that doesn't mean they would've been nothing without him. they could've found other labels.

I respect and admire KISAKI a lot. but it's pretty disrespectful to everyone else to say no one else would've been a musician without him.

I also already said that I do understand his feelings. but I don't agree with his actions. I was hurt by what he did, and so were many others. I believe he himself referred to himself as a "cruel man" at one of the lives because he saw how hurt everyone was. can't really blame people for being angry or upset after all that, especially when now he tries to make light of the whole situation.

that doesn't mean I'll stop following him or hold a grudge or whatever. he will always be an idol to me. but I'm also not afraid to say when I disagree with something he did. he's not perfect, he makes mistakes too.

but it's very rude of you to start telling us what to do because we're expressing how we feel. what do you think gives you the right to say "you should too" or "be happy"? do you think you somehow know better than us? you have your opinions and feelings and we have ours, and just because they differ doesn't mean that you get to tell us to change and start thinking like you do.

and saying you want to punch someone in the face is an expression. it simply expresses that she's angry about what happened, as are many other fans. it really doesn't give you the right to insult her or me or other band members.

as loup mentioned, we all appreciate your contribution to this community. but sometimes you seriously act like KISAKI is the only thing that matters and like anyone who disagrees with you is completely wrong. that's really narrowed minded. everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

it's not my intention to argue with you. but I also don't appreciate my friends or myself being disrespected in a community that I love. so next time you say something, please take a step back and consider what you're saying before you make a post.

why? u think that u wanna punch in KISAKI's face is not rude? KISAKI created the Matina and UNDER CODE world. and i see maybe JUI is your favorite. the chance of JUI and VIDOLL could find an other label to start making music is really really small. if somebody likes something what belongs to KISAKI, the minimum is the respect, even if dont like his personality

Oh yes RIKU and MATOI had music career before Phantasmagoria: KAWON by Matina label, who made the label? KISAKI, HISKAREA by UNDER CODE, of course KISAKI JUN and IORI in Mar'derayla, and again UNDER CODE I didnt say the others are not talented musicers. But KISAKI gives them the chance to show their talent to us! without him many visual kei band and many musicer never get chance to make music! If RIKU could say in the interview "i totally understand KISAKI's feelings" u should too

Seriously, do you realize how rude your comments can be sometimes? O__O

It's amazing how you can write so many things on the basis of only one sentence!

OK you probably couldn't understand the real meaning behind my sentence but still it doesn't allow you to judge me like that and compare me to someone who hates Kisaki.

I think everybody here appreciates everything you do for this comm' but seriously stop acting as if you know everything and thus can give us lessons.

ok, that's not why she's saying this about KISAKI. it's the way KISAKI did this, as I've already talked about above. his reasons may be understandable, but not his actions. I won't go into it all in public, but I understand why some people are angry about what KISAKI did.

and by the way, RIKU, JUN, IORI and MATOI all had a music career before Phantasmagoria. obviously everybody owes a lot to KISAKI, but he's not the ONLY one with talent. don't try to make it seem like everyone else would just be useless without him.

It is funny. Once a person said to me. Ah i hate KISAKI so much, the Phantasmagoria disbanded because of him. and i couldn't understand. what? because of it? how do you think it? the Phantasmagoria never exists without KISAKI! never exists RIKU JUN IORI MATOI music career. (and btw Jui's neither). and many many other ppls can say thanks to him.

and i can understand KISAKI's feelings, he came back with RIKU. it had to be great recipe to continue where the Phantasmagoria finished. and it looked they can do it. As if Forever Exists sales were over 2700! more than the major Vidoll, 12012, Kiddie etc. and made twoman tours with 12012, and Sadie what is really popular. But everything started to goes bad. Metamorphose 900 sales, Silent to my pain and Flowers Bloom only 600 sales, Independent Maze under 250 sales !!!!! and not so much ppls went to live. They could make oneman live in Tokyo only in Astro Hall. Astro Hall and Shibuya-AX is like the surface and heaven... so i understand if he says, oke guys it doesnt work together. even if i love 凛 music. i understand, cause its not popular and KISAKI is not get used to play for a long time in small bands.

I think its natural, that every band wanna live from their music, and dont wanna go to work next to playing, its really hard, and have to make compromises (for example in looking style, make time for rehearsal and lives etc but of course KISAKI can live well from the label) and every bands aim to be the best and gather fans more and more. So it seems for KISAKI he steps backwards, because Phantasmagoria was more bigger than 凛

it's really dissapinting how kisaki's focus are the sales :/ so this just clear me that music is only a way to get money/fame/whatever... anyway i like Lin and i'm curious about what concept they will take

pft KISAKI just wanted to make us worry. If he didn't think it was such a big deal, he shouldn't have kept talking about how he's thinking about disbandment, and RIKU saying that maybe this live will be the last (--) And he saw the fans' reaction at the lives, so obviously he knew how worried we all were. He did say that he wanted to resume activities at that free oneman, but he said it in such a weird way where he still managed to mention how he's thinking about disbandment >> Yes, I'm still bitter (-_-) But whatever, at least they're not disbanding. It does make me wonder how RIKU is going to manage two full bands at once. I really hope he can do more with chariots this year.

Very informative, thanks for sharing.

I'd be really interested to see a full interview translation if you are able to do one in the future. I have this Cure vol in my order actually, but won't be getting it until April at the earliest due to an item's release date in March and 2-3 weeks of shipping, but I'm really excited that it's 3 pages long :D And with new studio photos! yay
