This CD was distributed to attendees of a CindyKate oneman. Although I haven't found official confirmation, I'm 99% sure that it was their 2008-11-03 oneman, as the song I LOVE CAT had just been released the month before.

The CD contains one track, the band's song I LOVE CAT as remixed by “D.J.maruta” a.k.a. kase tatsuya―owner of dragonlion studio, and longtime collaborator of CindyKate.
