I guess I'm a little late... But anyway, uploads are allowed here. However, if you do upload something, please friends-lock it and tag it with “upload”
Also, please only post if it's something special.
For example: I would post an Arc live-distributed DVD, but I would not post a rip of their maxi-single that I found on the internet. Or, if you have the version of Oblivious that came with the DVD, I would post that.
They aren't “rules,” I just don't want this to be a community only for uploads.
