-- Thursday's question was which was not a sublabel?. The non-sublabel was UNDER GROUND MUSIC; that was actually the name of UNDER CODE's short-lived MP3 market. Although the service was really cool (exclusive singles, rare Matina releases, live recordings!), it was quietly abandoned by the label within a year. (Interestingly, its website is still up and presumably operational because the label OHP uses various scripts that are hosted there.)

ROAD AWAKE was a hard core/heavy metal sublabel that was created in 2006, primarily to host VAGERKE. The sublabel was initially well-supported—producing several VAGERKE releases and signing a second band, HARVEST—but was all but officially abandoned within a few years. Although the sublabel never officially closed its doors, VAGERKE disbanded in December of 2010, leaving ROAD AWAKE as good as dead.

HAUNTED HOUSE RECORDS was a sublabel created for the sole purpose of publishing the FLESH FOR FLANKENSTEIN best album. Although it is officially a sublabel, it's more of a name than an entity; it was never officially announced, no artist was ever signed to it, and it doesn't even have a logo!

Finally, WORLD TEMPTATION ENTERTAINMENT. Back in 2008, several releases were announced as Japan-limited editions, with regular editions to be released worldwide at a later date. Well, surprise surprise, UNDER CODE never mentioned it again, and no international editions were ever produced. From copies of the releases, we can see that they were from a sublabel called WORLD TEMPTATION ENTERTAINMENT—presumably what would have been UNDER CODE's international branch, if whatever unknown circumstances hadn't killed the idea.
